Richard Lindsay

Director

Graduate in International Business Studies from Liverpool University, and IPAG Ecole de Commerce, Nice. Richard started working at NEMS in 1993 and has been a Director since 2000.

As well as managing the company at a strategic level, Richard is still hands-on, managing a diverse range of research projects each year in the public, private and third sectors but with a specialist knowledge of retail studies.

Other areas of experience are housing and social market research studies. Richard also has skills in moderating Focus Groups

Certified Member of the Market Research Society.

Martin Hunt

Technical Director

Martin has been associated with the company since 1987 and has been a Director since 2003 and in that time has overseen the development of the company’s significant expansion and the consequent demands on IT and communication systems.

Martin has substantial experience in software development and is responsible for the company’s data analysis and presentation of survey information.

With such skills, Martin is able to write bespoke programs that match client needs and expectations.

Paul Murray

Associate Director

Paul has been with NEMS since 2003 and in that time has built up a wealth of experience in data processing, analysis of survey information and client management and has specific expertise in public health and planning research.

Paul is responsible for the management and development of our online / internet / web based service.

In addition, Paul has very strong analytical skills including Cluster, Segmentation and TURF Analyses which compliment his insightful Report writing.

Helena Dixon

Field Co-Ordinator

Helena is responsible for co-ordinating our national network of Field Supervisors and Interviewers to complete our extensive range of fieldwork projects. This also requires keeping up to date with professional and ethical standards and procedures and communicating this to our field force.

Kirstie Porter

Telephone Interviewing Team Manager

Kirstie initially started working for the company as telephone interviewer and rapidly progressed to become a Team Leader and in 2017 was promoted to manage the telephone interviewing team. This requires liaising with the Project Manager, ensuring the interviewing is conducted to the required standard and on schedule.

Kirstie also oversees the professional development of our telephone interviewers.

Steve Gibson

Senior Research Executive

Graduate of Gloucester University. Steve started his market research career first as a telephone interviewer before using this experience working client-side. Experienced in the setting up, processing and analysis of surveys. Specialising in research into the housing sector.

Callum Walker

Research Executive

Callum’s first degree was in Business Studies. His Master’s was in Theology. He has significant experience with interviewing members of the public having previously been on our Telephone Interviewing Team both as an interviewer and a trainer. This has resulted in significant first-hand experience with questionnaire design and how to maximise the information from respondents.
